What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order at PRETTYGIRL the delivery time may differ slightly from what you’re used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 4 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to high demand, your order might take a bit longer than expected. We appreciate your patience. If the expected delivery period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please contact us at pgzakelijk.contact@gmail.com. We’ll investigate the issue and provide you with an update on your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?
To return a product, simply contact our customer service at pgzaklijk.contact@gmail.com. Please include your full name, order number (e.g., #0000, which can be found in your confirmation email), and the reason for returning the item. We’ll then send you the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the item back using a courier of your choice.

What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The exact cost will depend on the courier you choose. Please check the courier’s website for accurate pricing.

What are the return conditions?
We offer a 14-day return period, starting on the day you receive your order. However, some conditions apply.
You can only return an item if:

The return period has not yet expired;

The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached;

The product has not been used.
