Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. Please check the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at pgzakelijk.contact@gmail.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
